Help wanted please.

On a recent trip to Lancaster I found a family whom I believe may be my ancestor John Greenhalgh.

John was born in 1794 to John & Mary (believed to be Brooks) in Holcombe, the information suggests he was one of six children born in the district to John & Mary.

John married Mary Shaw in 1814 in St. Mary's Bury, he was transported to Australia in 1821. Mary followed in 1823. It is believed that both his father John & he were stocking weavers.

I would like some more information on this family & information on how I may access the trial records.
