REMINISCENCES
THIS SECTION WILL BE UPDATED OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS AS THERE ARE STILL SEVERAL HOURS OF AUDIOTAPE TO BE TRANSCRIBED AND OTHER MATERIAL TO BE INCLUDED..
Reminiscences of Crow Lane have
been provided by people who once lived in the lane or the locality and those who
visited their relatives who lived there.
Some of these first hand
accounts reach as far back as the mid 1930s
Reminiscences have been audio-taped, both by members of the Crow lane Team and by the North West Sound Archive. Other memories come to us in the form of written information, letters and diagrams. Photographs have also been provided and these can be found in the Photograph Album.
If anyone has other memories of Crow Lane, we would be very pleased to hear from them and to include their reminiscences in this web site.
